Some things about me, just for fun:
ENFJ.
I've been skydiving.
I volunteer weekly at a local animal shelter, and will admit to anyone that I like animals more than people.
I was a member of a 4 man competitive improv team for 3 years.
Passionate about red wine and authentic tacos.
My cat that thinks he's a dog. Vinny has learned to sit, stay, high-five, and fetch since I adopted him in June 2015.
Huge into DIY - woodworking, painting, sewing, design, all of it.
I'm a member of Junior League - a community of women dedicated to improving the community.
Beyoncé is my spirit animal.
I'm working on my green thumb. I ate my very own home-grown vegetables all summer! Still struggling to keep my basic houseplants alive.
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be enthusiasm.
Biggest weakness: Scotcharoos.
I love water sports. I've been in lake water as early as April and as late as October... Wetsuit included, of course.
I started drinking coffee at age 6.
My front porch rug, and first go at rug-painting. Such a therapeutic craft!
This Anthropologie-inspired craft tested my patience, but it's one of my favorites.
There's something SO great about figuring out how to fix something yourself.
A labor of love for my ultra tailgate-hosting boyfriend. They've got fold out, adjustable legs for storage. Tons of fun to play!
Because I just couldn't bring myself to pay for more string lights.
I had no idea what I was doing here. But that's the beauty of DIY for me... You learn as you go.
But it's also Easter time. Why not have fun with it?
This one sits by my front door. A friendly reminder not only for me to go out and seize the day, but also for people to leave my home. Just go already.
If you can look past the rage about being dressed up in his eyes, he's so stinkin' handsome in that bowtie.
I love Halloween. See here our creation of Mary Poppins and Bert.
